Hiya all,
Sorry not been around much, I have had 3 leaks & 4 disasters !
My kitchen ceiling was flooded from a leak in the bathroom , the kitchen had to be taken apart!
All the cupboards taken down & the kitchen ceiling replaced arragh!
Kitchen cupboards in the living room & the shed.
kitchen ceiling sorted - white paint frozen in shed arragh!
Front windows leaking when snow thawed!
Not a sign of the tree going up. I will get there but it's an ARRRRGGGHHHHH!

Oh Casper you have certainly had your share of problems of late...I do feel for you, and hope they all get sorted soon.
Don't worry about getting your tree up, Im sure Santa will still be able to find your house, unless of course it's white (what with all the snow falling on and around it)

Hi my wee little ghostie! Im following you now, and hopefully the problems with the leaks will get resolved soon!
We have had our share of water problems as well. Ours freezes hard during the winter and it is a job and a half to keep it running!
